Lilly Pulitzer + Lee Jofa = Preppy, Colorful Magic for you HOME!

Since 1959, Lilly Pulitzer has been on the fashion scene. Her designs for women’s clothing using bright and colorful prints have been worn by socialites and colorful women for decades, including names like Jackie Kennedy. Over the years Pulitzer’s brand has expanded to include kids clothing, men’s clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, and so more.

Lilly Pulitzer has now teamed up with Lee Jofa to produce a line of fabrics and furniture that are as preppy as ever!  With these new fabric and furniture lines, the signature Lilly Pulitzer style is now available for your home.

When I found out about this new line, I thought, what perfect timing!  I’ve blogged several times this year about Pantone’s bright pink color the year, Honeysuckle.  What better time to unleash Pulitzer’s bright pink fabrics and furnishings than in the year when pink is all the rage!

I’ve found some images that display some of Lilly Pulitzer’s home decor line, the pinks and all other colorful pieces. Long after she’s retired from the fashion industry, Lilly Pulitzer lives on in fun and fabulous ways!

{Lilly Pulitzer, born in 1931, started making dresses out of colorful fabrics when she worked at her husband’s juice stand in California. After ruining clothes from juice stains, she began making dresses out of colorful fabrics to hide any staining. Soon she started to sell both the dresses and the juice at the stand and the dresses became more popular, so she started her own company in 1959}
